The role

Based in Auckland, you’ll join a supportive team committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the complete vehicle purchasing journey.
• Presenting, demonstrating and arranging test drives for new and used vehicles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both private and business customers.
• Generating new business through prospecting, lead generation and networking.
• Managing customer enquiries and follow-up activities through the CRM system.
• Preparing sales quotations, negotiating deals and completing sales documentation.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Assisting with trade-in appraisals alongside the management team.
• Maintaining vehicle displays and ensuring stock is presented to dealership standards.

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record in sales, with the ability to consistently achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with strong self-management and organisational skills.
• A current New Zealand driver’s licence.
• The legal right to work in New Zealand.
